Performance introduction:
This product is the new scale and corrosion inhibitor compounded organic phosphonic acid, organic polymer, several corrosion inhibitors with our Company’s multi-functional multi-polymer produced by special technology. It can effectively inhibit and disperse CaCO3, Ca3(PO4)2, Mg(OH)2 silicate scale and ferric oxides. Particularly, the multi-functional multi-polymer can be better synergized with organic phosphate and corrosion inhibitor. This product not only has better dispersion and scale inhibition properties, but also has excellent corrosion inhibition property.
Purpose:
It is mainly used for the scale prevention and corrosion prevention of open circulating cooling water system in consideration of differences in scale and corrosion inhibition. It is applicable to the circulating cooling treatment with different make-up water.
(1) It is used as the scale and corrosion inhibitor for the circulating cooling water system made up by water with high alkalinity, high hardness and high salt content.
(2) It is used as the corrosion inhibitor and auxiliary scale inhibitor for the circulating cooling water system made up by the weak acid treated water or the mixed water of weak water and raw water.
(3) It is used as the neutral corrosion inhibitor and auxiliary scale inhibitor for the circulating cooling water system made up by lime treated water.
(4) It is used as corrosion inhibitor and auxiliary scale inhibitor for the acid-treated circulating cooling water system.
It is used for the scale and corrosion prevention treatment of industrial or circulating cooling water system equipped on heat exchanger, condenser, air conditioner, etc. in chemical fertilizer, plastics, rubber, petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy and other industries.
