FCCU corrosion and scale inhibition and decoking agent
Performance Introduction
This product is featured by the following: (1) Dispersibility, it can change the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of disperse system of slurry, prevent small micelles polymerizing into large micelles, and meanwhile prevent catalyst fines, corrosion products and salts inside slurry from polymerization, and inhibit particles to become larger and deposit; (2) Antioxidant activity, slurry inhibition agent can combine with free radicals of hydrocarbon to create inert molecules and prevent polymerization reaction; (3) A certain wetting action, it can permeate into the bottom of scale to strip off scale and recover metal surface to original status, even bright and clean status. (4) High temperature corrosion inhibition action, it can still keep deactivation on metal surface to prevent bright and clean metal surface from corrosion, and can create a layer of protective film on metal surface to isolate corrosion medium from metal after removing scale. (5) Polymerization inhibition, it can prevent corrosion products, salts, etc. from polymerization to inhibit particles to become larger and deposit.
Corrosion neutralizer
Performance Introduction
This product is a kind of compound of organic amines, etc., it can solve in water, doesn’t contain metal and other substances harmful to catalyzer, and can be available for H2S-HCL-CO2-HCN-H2O and organic acid corrosion system. It can create a layer of dense monomolecular adsorptive and protective film on metal while neutralizing acid medium, and the protective film can reduce the hydrogen caused from corrosion, thus mitigating hydrogen corrosion, and it can effectively inhibit under-scale corrosion, reduce and disperse scale under the low basic value condition and be suitable for corrosion neutralization of tower-roof strong corrosion system on crude distillation, catalytic cracking and other oil refining and chemical engineering equipment.
With appropriate alkyl length, it can immediately enter into aqueous phase after being infused into condensing system to effectively inhibit the corrosion at dew point and within its extension area, and has no influence on the oil quality of this device and downstream unit at the corrosion rate lower than 0.02mm/a (carbon steel) (1) if the recommended quantity is infused into system.
High efficient ferrous sulfide cleaner and passivator
Performance Introduction
This product consists of various active components, which can oxidize corrosion product FeS into water-soluble malysite and sulfate, and meanwhile its active cleaning components can effectively clean up oil sludge and form a layer of protective film on metal surface to effectively prevent metal surface from further corrosion.
This product can be widely applied to atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, catalytic cracking unit, dry gas and liquefied gas desulphurization unit, hydrocracking unit, heavy oil hydrogenation unit, gasoline, kerosene, diesel hydrogenation units and other ferrous sulfide related systems and equipment of oil refinery, which can fundamentally remove the ferrous sulfide inside system and equipment, thus eliminating the spontaneous combustion of ferrous sulfide to ensure safe equipment overhauling, save overhauling time and reduce overhauling cost.

This product consists of various components, and has higher activity and desulphurization effect comparing with the traditional desulfurizing agent It is water-soluble desulfurizing agent, user can adjust the concentration of desulfurizing agent and its component ratio to achieve optimal effect according to the desulfurizing standard of H2S required for cleaned gas and liquid hydrocarbon.
It can be widely applied to catalytic cracking, delayed coking, hydrocracking and other processes in the petrochemical refining industry and gas desulfurization in the natural gas industry to effectively desulfurize H2S gas in dry gas, liquefied gas and natural gas.
