a: Scale formation and under-scale corrosion
Materials fed into hydrogenation unit often contain sulfur, nitrogen and chlorine, its reaction effluent contains H2S, NH3, HCl and other corrosion medium after the hydrogenation reaction. These substances will generate ammonium hydrosulfide, ammonium chloride, etc. due to mutual effect. The sublimation temperature of ammonium hydrosulfide and ammonium chloride is relatively low, therefore effluent often generates solid deposition and scale of ammonium hydrosulfide and ammonium chloride, etc. in the air-cooling tubes and downstream equipment pipelines in the process of cooling by in high pressure air cooler. A plenty of ammonium hydrosulfide, ammonium chloride and other salt scales adheres to the wall of equipment pipelines, it will cause equipment pipelines being blocked and under-scale corrosion, further resulting in relatively serious blocking and corrosion on the tubes of high pressure air cooler and downstream equipment pipelines and affecting the normal operation of equipment.
b: H2S-NH3-HCL-H2O corrosion
H2S-NH3-HCL-H2O corrosion often appears because ammonium hydrosulfide, ammonium chloride can solve in water and air cooler is cleaned with water from its upstream. Such corrosion appears at the temperature from 38 to 204℃, which is just the common operating range of such air coolers.
Special corrosion and scale inhibitor for high-pressure air cooler belongs to high molecular compound, which can effectively disperse ammonium hydrosulfide, ammonium chloride and other salt scales adhered on the wall of pipelines, inhibit the formation of new salt scales and prevent the occurrence of under-scale corrosion, such corrosion and scale inhibitor can also effectively inhibit H2S-NH3-HCL-H2O corrosion. Performance Introduction
At present, the coking problem of heat exchanger is mainly by the following 2 methods: Firstly by mechanical method, auxiliary equipment can be often used to improve technological process and operating patch; Secondly by chemical method, a certain quantity of different types of scale and polymerization inhibitor are often added into hydrogenated raw oil to inhibit and delay the formation of coked scale in raw oil heat exchanger. Scale inhibition and decoking agent has advantages of no change in technological process, no influence on normal operation, simple infusion, low capital input, etc., it has become the most economic and effective method to solve the coking problem of hydrogenated raw oil heat exchanger.
In light of different features of specific hydrogenation units such as gasoline and diesel hydrogenation units, wax oil hydrogenation unit, residual oil hydrogenation unit and hydrocracking unit, scale inhibition and decoking agent can be divided into (Type I) suitable diesel hydrogenation unit, (Type II) for hydrocracking unit, (Type III) for wax oil hydrogenation unit, and (Type IV) residual oil hydrogenation unit. Its components can be adjusted to achieve the best effect based on the processing features and scale formation mechanism of each unit.
Special high efficient polymerization and inhibitor for hydrogenation unit
Performance Introduction
It has very strong ability to catch active free radicals, clean up, disperse, etc., can effectively interrupt the polymerization of free radicals and the chain addition polymerization of alkadiene, inhibit the chain occurrence and constant polymerization of free radical chain reaction, improve the yield of units, efficiency of heat exchanger and normal operation of reactor, and prolong the optional cycle of unit.
This product is free of toxicity and has outstanding heat-resistant and light stability, better compatibility, low volatility and no influence on the staining and properties of product, it can play the better polymerization inhibition effect within the boarder temperature (maximum allowable temperature above 300℃) and meanwhile effectively inhibit the coking of reactor within the boiling range from 140 to 290℃.
