Performance Introduction:
Highly active oil soluble corrosion inhibitor is a high molecular weight compound, which functions to retard and disperse the H2S-HCL-CO2-HCN-H2O system as well as the corrosion of organic acid and formation of salt precipitation and dirt by forming a protection film on the surface of metal, and with which the corrosion rate can be controlled at below 0.02mm/a (carbon steel)(1). It can be used for anti-corrosion of Atmospheric Reduce Pressure Distillation Device, as well as the overhead condensing system and oil return passage of the Coking Fractionator. It can also be used for the anti-corrosion of oil and gas pipelines.

Corrosion Inhibiting and Neutralizing Agent
Performance Introduction:
Corrosion inhibiting and neutralizing agent is an organic amine compound, miscible with water, without any metal or any other substance harmful to the catalysts. It can be used in H2S-HCL-CO2-HCN-H2O and organic acid corrosion system, neutralizing acid substances while forming an dense single molecular absorptive film of protection on the metal surface, which can reduce the hydrogen generated from corrosion, thus mitigating hydrogen attacked bubbled. In particular, it can effective inhibit the corrosion under scale in low alkaline conditions, reduce and disperse the formation of dirt, and thus can be used in the neutralization and anti-corrosion application of the overhead strongly corrosive system of the oil refining devices for crude oil distillation and catalytic cracking etc.
Corrosion inhibiting and neutralizing agent has a proper alkyl length, convertible to water phase as soon as it is injected to the condensing system. It can effectively inhibit the corrosion of exposed points and the extended areas. By injecting the suggested dosage, the corrosion ratio can be kept under 0.02mm/a (carbon steel)(1) and without any effect on the oil quality in the device and its downstream devices.

Highly active water soluble corrosion inhibitor is a high molecular weight compound, which can effectively form a protection film on the metal surface, inhibiting the corrosion of H2S-HCL-CO2-HCN-H2O system and organic acid, maintaining the corrosion rate under 0.02mm/a (carbon steel). It can be used for anticorrosion of the Atmospheric Reduce Pressure Distillation Device, as well as of the overhead condensing system and oil return passage among other low temperature parts of the coking fractionator.

It can be used in H2S-HCL-CO2-HCN-H2O and organic acid corrosion system, neutralizing acid substances while forming a dense single molecular absorptive film of protection on the metal surface, which can reduce the hydrogen generated from corrosion, thus mitigating hydrogen attacked bubble, avoiding ammonium salt scale caused by amine and resulting in corrosion under the scale , and therefore can be used in the neutralization and anti-corrosion application of the overhead strongly corrosive system of the oil refining devices for crude oil distillation, catalytic cracking and coking etc.

It is composed of organic polymer of high molecular weight and high boiling point, without any element e.g. N etc. which interferes with the activity of catalysts, and functions to retard the corrosion of metals by the following two actions: on the one hand, the agent forms an absorptive film of protection on the surface of metals, which can effectively prevent the naphthenic acid and sulphid from contact with the metal surface and hence reduce corrosion; on the other hand, some of the corrosion inhibitor acts directly with naphthenic acid to produce naphthenic acid ester. High molecular weight naphthenic acid easter can establish absorption balance on the surface of metals so as to isolate it from organic acids such naphthenic acid, achieving the end of material protection. High temperature acid corrosion inhibitor can provide effective protection to various materials between the temperature of 230-585℃. When the pH value of media keeps at 0.5-4.5mgKOH·g-1, High temperature acid corrosion inhibitor can control the corrosion rate of carbon steel caused by the media under 0.1mm·a-1, and the corrosion rate to Cr18Ni9 under 0.03mm·a-1.

High temperature sulfur corrosion inhibitor is a new type of high temperature corrosion inhibitor specifically designed for high temperature sulfur corrosion during oil processing. It is composed of organic polymer of high molecular weight and high boiling point, without any element e.g. N etc. which interferes with the activity of catalysts, and functions to retard the corrosion of metals by the following two actions: on the one hand, the agent forms an absorptive film of protection on the surface of metals, which can effectively prevent the naphthenic acid and sulphid from contact with the metal surface and hence reduce corrosion; on the other hand, some corrosion inhibitor acts directly with the sulfide whose products can establish absorption balance on the metal surface so as to isolate it from the sulfide and thus achieve the end of material protection. High temperature sulfur corrosion inhibitor can provide effective protection to various materials between the temperature of 230-585℃. When sulfur composes 0.5-5.0% of the media, High temperature sulfur corrosion inhibitor can control the corrosion rate of carbon steel caused by the media under 0.1mm·a-1, and the corrosion rate to Cr18Ni9 under 0.03mm·a-1.

It is composed of organic polymer of high molecular weight and high boiling point, without any element e.g. N etc. which interferes with the activity of catalysts, and functions to retard the corrosion of metals by the following two actions: on the one hand, the agent forms an absorptive film of protection on the surface of metals, which can effectively prevent the naphthenic acid and sulphid from contact with the metal surface and hence reduce corrosion; on the other hand, some agent has direct action with the naphthenic acid and sulphid, the products from which process can establish absorptive balance on the surface of metals, and so isolate the naphthenic acid and sulphid with the metal surface which means protection to the materials. Multifunctional high temperature corrosion inhibitor can provide effective protection to various materials between the temperature of 230-585℃. When the pH value of media keeps at 0.5-4.5mgKOH·g-1 and the sulfur content of media at 0.5-5.0%, Multifunctional high temperature corrosion inhibitor can control the corrosion rate of carbon steel caused by the media under 0.1mm·a-1, and the corrosion rate to Cr18Ni9 under 0.03mm·a-1.

Highly Active Ferrous Sulfide Cleaning Passivating Agent
Performance Introduction:
Highly active ferrous sulfide cleaning passivating agent has a variety of active components which can oxidize the FeS product from corrosion and generate water soluble ferrous salt and sulfate. In the mean time the active cleaning component can cleansing the greasy filth with good effect while forming a film of protection on the surface of metals to effective prevent it from further corrosion.

Enhancement distilling agent is a high tech project jointly developed by our company and Lanzhou university and several other scientific research institutes. After adding into the crude oil processing system, it can change the parameters of characteristics of the crude oil or residuum disperse system, as well as adjust the molecular interactions of the oil disperse system, making the “complex structural unit” of association colloid in oils at its minimal nuclear radius, and shielding effect of the absorption gravitational field of the associated colloid, so as to alter the phase balance in the crude oil processing system, so that the absorbed and mingled low molecular weight compounds can be disentangled during distillation, in which way the valuable light weight components in residuum can be greatly reduced, facilitating the extraction of lighter components and straight chain alkanes in particular, and improving the extraction rate of various light distillation components, in order to achieve the end of the general extraction rate improvement.
Meanwhile, the polarity of high molecule surface active agent can reduce the superficial tension, prevent free radical chain polymerization of some of the condensed aromatics in the oil products at the temperature of 300-400 degrees, and by eliminating foam entrainment in the air inside the tower, improve the distillation efficiency, the yield and quality of distillate oil.
When Enhancement distilling agent is used to enhance the catalytic cracking and distillation process, it can not only improve the light oil yield by 1.0-3.0%, but reduce the coke production by 1.0-5.0%, while improve the oil product quality and increase the percentage of diesel and gas oil products(2).
